Healthy muffins

Hello everyone!It's been a while since I uploaded my last post and I'm so sorry but this is my  school exams period and I am really stressed.Anyway I have a really tasty but healthy recipe for you today!Those muffins are the perfect breakfast for you because they are full of energy.Enjoy!



Ingredients
7-8 muffins
2 coffee mugs of brown flour
2 spoons honey (you can use brown sugar as well)
1 spoon baking powder
little bit of cinnamon or vanilla or rum (or all of them together :P )
2 spoons of vegetable oil
milk (for the milk there isn't an exact amount you can use as much as it takes)
half a mug of your favorite berries (i used strawberries)
pumpkin seeds
dark chocolate drops


Mix the ingredients together without the berries (because the will melt down).You can use your mixer or your hands.When your mixture is ready add the berries and mix carefully one time.Take your muffin cartones and fill the half of each with some of the mixture.When you are done add on the top some seeds and chocolate drops.Bake them on 150o C for 35-40 minutes.You are done!

Spring Salad with lettuce

Hello again!I am here with a new, really easy to make , recipe.It's a salad!Really healthy and really tastefull!Enjoy!

Ingredients
Some lettuce
2 smoked turkey slices
1 mango or orange
1 tea cup almonds without the skin or pine cone seeds
Some olive oil
A little bit of salt\
(You can put some cheese also if you want a little more flavour.A would prefer haloumi cheese.)

First of all you have to roast  your seeds/almonds on a little pan.Be carefull not to burn them!After that clean and cut the lettuce (you can use ready supermarket salads as well) and place it into a bowl.Cut your turkey slices into small squares and place them into the bowl.Then peel your mango/orange and cut it in small pieces,too.Place it into the bowl and add the salt ,the olive oil and the roasted seeds.Mix them all together!Ready!

Berries fresh smoothie

Hello everyone!Today was a pretty shiny day so when i woke up i wanted something really summer-y to get for breakfast.So i opened my frιdge and da daaaaa.This is what i made.Trust me is the best smoothie i've ever tried!

(1 glass of smoothie)








Ingredients

  • A cup full of berries (i used the frozen ones) such as strawberries,raspberries,blueberries
  • 1 1/2 spoons of yogurt (you can use as much as you want although)
  • some honey 
  • 2 leaves of peppermint (only if you want some)



All you need is a blender.You put all the ingredients together and that's it!Really fresh and really good for your breakfast!You can also put some ice.

PS If you are going to use frozen berries you must let them out of the freezer for 1 hour because trust me you don't want to put them frozen into the blender!
